How To Join Us

You are making the right choice!

Thank you for selecting Easthampstead Golf Club. Just follow these simple steps to become a member:

1. Fill out an application form (you could also complete a paper form available here).
2. Pay the annual fee
3. Wait a day or 2 for our Membership Secretary to confirm your membership

It is recommended that you complete the online application form in Step 1, as this also creates an account for you on our website. If you complete and send the paper form, you would still need to register as a second step on the website.

Your annual membership fee is set according to your membership category; these are the definitions:

Colts, open to all young people aged 18 to 22. If a Colt is aged 22 or under on the 1st January, their membership shall expire on 31^st December of that year.

Country, this is open to all aged 22 and above who must be living away from the immediate area. They are restricted to no more than 6 competitions per membership year which cannot include the recognised club Majors. If they wish to play in a club Major, then their entry fee shall be £10 higher than that relating to their season ticket status.

Adult, this is open to all aged 18 and above and they are eligible to take part in all club organised competitions.

The annual fee is currently £90.00 for Adults from 1st Jan to 31st Dec, regardless of your joining date. If you qualify for and are considering the Colts or Country categories, please talk to the Membership Secretary first regarding fees. Renewals are due by 1st January, otherwise your membership may lapse.

Once your application has been confirmed by the Members Secretary by email, you will also receive confirmation that your website account has been enabled. You will be able to login to the member’s area with the username and password you selected at registration. The members area provides your links to joining competitions, contacting other members and viewing your handicap.
